Our Commitment

We stand behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right.

Standard Products

If you're not satisfied with a standard product (CoinConnex, SlabGrid, or other catalog items), contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Products must be in unused condition for a full refund. Items that show signs of use may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because custom orders are printed to your specifications, we cannot resell them.

If a custom order has a defect or doesn't match the agreed specifications, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our website with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item (or approving the return for damaged/defective items).
