Overview

These terms govern your use of the StoneFyr website (stonefyr.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are 3D printed to order or from current stock. Product images are representative — due to the nature of 3D printing, minor cosmetic variations (layer lines, slight color shifts between batches) are normal and do not constitute defects.

Dimensions and specifications listed on product pages are accurate to within standard 3D printing tolerances.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement apply to that order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are priced individually based on specifications you provide. By approving a custom order quote, you agree to the quoted price and specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Intellectual Property

All product designs, brand names (StoneFyr, CoinConnex, SlabGrid, and related marks), and website content are the property of StoneFyr and may not be reproduced without permission.

If you provide design files for custom printing, you represent that you have the right to reproduce those designs. StoneFyr is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership of customer-submitted files.

Limitation of Liability

StoneFyr's liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted.
